All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

We currently offer delivery across India using trusted courier partners.

FREE shipping is available for all prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹50 may be applied.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message containing the tracking ID and courier partner information. You can track your shipment using the provided link.
If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days, please contact us.
5. Delays and Delivery Issues
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

If a package is returned due to wrong address, we may charge re-shipping costs.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.

If your package shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
Check with neighbors or building security.
Contact the courier company with your tracking number.
If unresolved, contact us for assistance within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
