1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or defective product:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photographs or a short video of the damaged product, including packaging, for assessment.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on stock availability.
4. Process for Returns
To initiate a return:

5. Refunds
