This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt) is provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Used creams, facewash, or other opened skincare products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or defective product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photographs or a short video of the damaged product, including packaging, for assessment.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on stock availability.


4. Process for Returns

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@mosamcosmetics.com or WhatsApp at 8851776244 within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide the order ID, reason for return, and photo proof if required.

  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the return process.

  4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


5. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be initiated to your original method of payment (bank account, credit card, UPI, etc.)

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may be delayed in case of incomplete bank/payment details.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if:

  • The cancellation request is made before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.


7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged or incorrect items

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
